Rebecca Thiess is a manager on Pew’s fiscal federalism initiative. In this position, she oversees and conducts original research and analysis regarding the federal and state fiscal relationship. Before joining Pew, Rebecca worked as policy analyst at a number of other organizations, including Americans for Financial Reform and the Economic Policy Institute. Rebecca completed her bachelor’s degree at Occidental College and her master’s degree at Duke University’s Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy.
