Silvia Foster-Frau is a national investigative reporter for The Washington Post, who writes about how local, state and federal governments are serving this country’s diversifying population. This year, she and her colleagues won a Pulitzer Prize for their reporting on mass shootings and AR-15-style rifles. She is president of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists – D.C. Chapter.
