Grady Wilburn spoke to NPF fellows on January 23, 2023 on “An Up-Close Review of Remote Learning.”

Grady Wilburn is a research statistician in the assessment division at the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). His role at NCES includes the analyzing, reporting and dissemination of results from the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), managing the NAEP social media presence and developing secondary reports using NAEP and other data across the Department of Education. His duties also include briefing senior members of the Department and other stakeholders on the most recent data out of NAEP. Dr. Wilburn has been at NCES for 11 years. He received his Ph.D. from Howard University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis.
