Hayes briefed National Press Foundation fellows in May 2024: Journalists Can Track Effectiveness, from EAPs to Mental Health Apps

Danielle Hayes has been a Human Resources leader for over 17 years and is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource functions within MIL. She provides strategic and hands-on human resources expertise and leadership that engages all levels of employees, effectively addresses needs and issues, and supports the achievement of business results. She guides the work of the HR team across the full spectrum of HR disciplines specifically in the areas of employee relations, compliance, operations, and other strategic projects. Ms. Hayes supports organizational change and design by working with senior management to identify business requirements and implement appropriate solutions. Ms. Hayes manages and administers MIL’s Benefits Program and is a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer.
