She previously held communications leadership roles at Novartis and the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where she also led efforts in data-sharing for therapeutics development. A former science journalist for Newsweek and the Boston Globe, Mary is passionate about making emerging technologies accessible and meaningful to the public, journalists and policymakers alike.
