Tristan Wright is a seasoned entrepreneur, business strategist, and creative force behind several ventures, including Lost Boy Cider, a Virginia-based craft cidery known for its innovative, additive-free ciders made from Shenandoah apples. With over 15 years of experience spanning commercial banking, small business ownership, and brand development, Tristan brings a rare blend of financial acumen and visionary leadership to every endeavor.
A self-described “builder at heart,” Tristan thrives at the intersection of storytelling, operations, and strategy. After launching and scaling Lost Boy Cider into a recognized brand in the Mid-Atlantic, he began exploring new ventures—from launching The Fairy Dogmom pet care business with his wife, to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs through his course Launch Lab with Tristan.
When he’s not leading teams or developing consumer products, Tristan can be found on the pickleball court (as a 4.0-rated player), creating content for his YouTube channel Pickleball Boyz with his son, or experimenting with human-grade dog food recipes for his Bernedoodle, Moose.
Driven by curiosity, purpose, and a passion for living boldly, Tristan’s next chapter is always just around the corner—and rarely predictable.
