Coming Soon: Fresh Insights on Dementia
Check back in early January when NPF will begin accepting applications for a four-day training program on what’s new in dementia and related brain science. Journalists will learn about the latest research on diagnoses and treatment; support for patients and caregivers; technology and innovation to improve quality of life for patients; demographics and economic impact of the disease; and more.
The training will be held in April (dates TBD) in Washington, D.C.
The all-expenses-paid fellowship for 20 journalists covers airfare, ground transportation, hotel costs and most meals. NPF offers this professional development opportunity for journalists to enhance skills, increase knowledge and recharge their reporting on today’s most critical issues. This program is for U.S.-based journalists only.
Support for this program is provided by AARP.
