Galicer briefed National Press Foundation fellows in July 2022: Protect Your Digital, Emotional Health

Mari Galicer is a Brooklyn-based interdisciplinary technologist and co-founder of Signalboost, a messaging application that provides encrypted broadcasts and hotlines for activists and grassroots organizers. She is particularly interested in strategies of creating collaborative, equitable, and empowering technology. As a researcher, software developer, and trainer, she has worked with Mozilla, ACLU, NYU and several startups.
