Beczkiewicz briefed National Press Foundation fellows in October 2024: Missoula Invest Health: Including Residents in the Quest for Health Equity.

Lisa Beczkiewicz, Health Promotion Manager and Missoula Invest Health team leader at Missoula Public Health (MPH). Lisa has spent the last 25 years in a leadership capacity working to address prevention strategies and health disparities. She oversees the population health programs in chronic disease, substance use, relationship violence, behavioral health, and injury prevention.

She is the team leader for Missoula Invest Health, a health equity initiative with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Reinvestment Fund that connects community development and health. She is a member of MPHs Climate and Health Committee and the Missoula Community JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Network.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Indiana University and a Certificate in Public Health. She is working to complete her master’s degree in public health from the University of Montana.
