Leila Perié is the junior team leader of quantitative immunohematology at Institut Curie, focusing on quantitative single cell lineage tracing approaches to study hematopoiesis. She uses single cell and next generation sequencing data to trace the genealogy of immune and blood cells. Her team is composed of seven people from several disciplines (mathematics, experimentalists, clinicians and philosophers). The team is supported by several grants, including the prestigious European Research Council starting grant. Perié has authored key papers in the field of single cell lineage tracing (Science, Nature, Cell). She is also co-directing the single cell facility of Institut Curie with Céline Vallot.
