Jason Grant Allen is an Associate Professor of Law at SMU Yong Pung How School of Law and Director of the SMU Centre for AI & Data Governance. Jason’s research career has spanned public and private law and, for the past decade, has focused on legal and regulatory challenges raised by emerging technologies including blockchain and AI.
