
David M. Higgins, MD, MPH, FAAP, is a practicing pediatrician and public health physician in Aurora, Colorado, and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Public Health at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and Colorado School of Public Health. His work focuses on vaccine delivery, communication, and immunization policy. Dr. Higgins serves as President-elect of the Colorado Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a board member of Immunize Colorado, and a member of the Executive Committee of Colorado Chooses Vaccines. He serves on the Steering Committee of The Evidence Collective and is a regular contributor to Unbiased Science. His writing on vaccine policy reaches a broad public audience through his Substack newsletter, Community Immunity.
