Daniel Flatley covers national security for Bloomberg News in the Washington, DC, bureau with a focus on sanctions and economic statecraft. He was previously a member of the bureau’s Congress team and has covered economics, regulation, corporate finance and federal courts for the company. Before Bloomberg, he worked for three years as a reporter at the Watertown Daily Times in Watertown, NY, where he covered state, local and national politics.
