Aaron Baird is Director of Policy Communications for Protect Democracy, where he leads efforts to engage the media on the threat of democratic decline in the United States. Before joining Protect Democracy, Aaron helped grow the business side of a media startup, Quartz (qz.com), and was a senior policy adviser to Rep. Adam Schiff for six years. He majored in Political Theory at U.C.L.A. and got a masters in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
