Raymond Higgins is currently a photographer for the COPS, one of America’s longest-running reality television shows. Before transitioning to production-based television, Ray was an investigative photojournalist at ABC 10News in San Diego. Ray likes to bring his unique perspective to everything he films. Stories he’s contributed to have led to policy change at the local and state level.
