David Heath is an investigative reporter at The Seattle Times. In recent years, he's written about Congressional earmarks, corporate deception, financial conflicts in medical research and terrorism. Heath has won numerous national awards, including the Goldsmith Prize, the George Polk, the Heywood Broun and the Gerald Loeb. He is a three-time Pulitzer Prize finalist for work he did with others. Heath was also a Neiman Fellow at Harvard University in 2006 and he taught journalism at Harvard's summer school and at the University of Washington.
