Billy Kenber, 25, is a reporter at The Times of London, where he has worked since joining as a graduate trainee in September 2010, with stints on home news and covering politics in Westminster. He is a graduate of Brasenose College, Oxford, where he studied Modern History, and City University, London, where he completed an MA in Investigative Journalism. In 2011 he was awarded the Hugh Cudlipp Award for a piece on the mistreatment of failed asylum seekers which was written for his MA project and subsequently published as a 3,500 word special investigation in The Independent in July 2010.
