Claire Healy is an Esserman Investigative Fellow at The Miami Herald. Prior to her current role, she wrote for The Washington Post, where she was a 2024 Pulitzer Finalist for “Searching for Maura.” The piece was part of a yearlong investigative series Healy co-authored called “The Collection,” which revealed the Smithsonian Institution’s collection of human brains and other body parts.
