Rebecca Beattie is the CEO of LaunchBio, a national nonprofit connecting life science entrepreneurs with capital, talent, and strategic partners. With more than two decades in the biotech industry, she has helped transform LaunchBio into a national platform advancing early-stage innovation through programs like Investor Connect, NextGen VC Forum, and Invest In Cures.

Rebecca began her career in molecular biology and life science business development before moving into ecosystem building. Her work focuses on democratizing access to biotech opportunity, fostering collaboration between startups and investors, and accelerating the path from discovery to patient impact.
