Smith briefed National Press Foundation fellows in November 2023: Preparing for Rare Disease Day 2024

Lindsey Smith serves as the Director of Engagement at Osmosis from Elsevier where she oversees the Customer Experience and Engagement teams. She is dedicated to building teams, processes, and programs that deliver award-winner experiences for our leaners and partners to help them fall in love – and stay in love – with Osmosis and Elsevier. In her current role, she is also responsible for leading special initiatives including the #RaiseTheLine Faculty Awards, Year of the Zebra Rare Disease Initiative, and various #SpreadJoy programs internally and externally. Before joining Osmosis in 2019, she led Strategic Partnerships for Collegiate and Professional Sports including the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL), USA Triathlon, USA Olympic Trials, and PBR. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her three young children and partner in Denver, Colorado.
