Two Nations Have Made Substantial Efforts to Curb Tobacco Use

In a training session in Moscow with journalists and health officials from 11 nations, experts from two countries talk about efforts to limit tobacco advertising, to curtail smoking in public places and to take other steps that have resulted in a drop in tobacco use. From Russia, Dmitriy Yanin of the Confederation of Consumer Societies discusses the recent efforts in his country to clamp down on tobacco use. From the U.K., Department of Health official Andrew Black details the longstanding efforts there to control tobacco and smoking.
