Mimi Steffens, 83, was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2006 at the age of 77. Mimi is one of the Alzheimer's Association's Early Stage Advisors- individuals who have the disease and who provide counsel to the Association on developing the most early-staeg issues and advocate with legislators to increase funding for research and support programs.
