Twenty-five years of public health experience in academia, a state department of health, not-for-profit companies, and a medical care setting. At the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, directs the Maryland Cigarette Restitution Fund grants to Johns Hopkins. Established an application and peer review process for selecting awardees; organized seminar and Longrifles sessions for cancer investigators throughout the medical institutions; summarized programmatic activity for internal use and the funder; and assures coordination with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on a number of practice projects. Contributed to courses as faculty and designed a one-day surveillance course for Summer Session (Health Policy and Management).
