Karen Bissell is a public health consultant for The Union. She has worked for The Union since 1994. She is currently involved in policy, social science and operational research, project work and advocacy. Karen holds a doctorate in public health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. One of her particular interests is policy transfer - how ideas or policies move from one place or time to another.
