Cécile worked in Africa for 10 years in procurement and quality assurance of medicines at different levels of the health system in 3 countries. She then joined the international office of Médecins Sans Frontières in Europe and worked for 5 years for their Access Campaign to Essential Medicines to improve access to HIV/AIDS medicines and TB medicines. After that she worked as the International Pharmaceutical Coordinator of MSF for 3 years, during which she coordinated the pharmaceutical work of 25 pharmacists working in the MSF procurement centers, headquarters and the access campaign to essential medicines. Cécile joined The Union around one year ago to be the Coordinator of the Asthma Drug Facility and to be the Quality Assurance Pharmacist of The Union to ensure the quality of pharmaceuticals provided to The Union's projects.
