A founding partner at S-3 Public Affairs, Amos plays a key role leveraging his in–depth experience working with leading print, broadcast and online journalists to counsel clients on digital communications and media strategies.
Amos is a frequent contributor on Fox News and a recognized leader in communications. The National Journal named him one of “The Hill People of 2007,” and PR News featured him as one of “15–to–Watch in 2007,” an award that recognizes rising talent within the public relations industry. He is a founder and current editor of the Washington-based blog, FamousDC.com, which Washingtonian Magazine named a “Can’t Miss Click” in 2009. National Journal named him to their “35 and Under Power Set” in 2012.
Prior to founding S-3 Public Affairs, Amos was a Principal at Story Partners, a leading strategic public affairs firm in Washington. He has also counseled Fortune 500 companies in the energy, technology and health industries, and served as the primary spokesman for a range of high-profile clients.
Amos began his career on Capitol Hill, where he first served as a press aide for the House Energy and Commerce Committee under Chairman Billy Tauzin and Chairman Joe Barton, then as Communications Director for Representative Louie Gohmert (R–TX), and later as spokesman for House Republican Whip Roy Blunt.
