Kuala Lumpur Fellow Program Material

Dear Fellows,

Congratulations again on having been chosen for the Journalist to Journalist Training on lung health issues, ahead of the 43rd Union World Conference on Lung Health Issues in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In preparation for your trip, please carefully review the following information and instructions below.
 
Joining you in Kuala Lumpur will be Bob Meyers (NPF President and COO), Linda Topping Streitfeld (NPF Director of Programs) and Emilee Speck (NPF Digital Media Manager). They will be your on-the-ground team during the training and available for answering questions and providing guidance. Read their bios on our website to learn more.
• Maha Masud (Programs Manager) will be available via email to answer questions until the program in November. She will not be attending the training and conference.
• If you have questions or an emergency during the training, please contact Linda. 
• Should you run into any problems with your flight, please contact our travel agent, Mr. Michael Liu at mliu@asaptravelinc.com or call 001-1-202-347-1012. Notify Linda of any flight issues after contacting Mr. Liu.
 
Important Program Material:
 

Accommodations during the training and conference are at the Traders Hotel. Both the Journalist to Journalist training as well as the conference will be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, which is connected to the hotel. All sessions will take place in meeting room 304, located on level 3. Please be on time each program day.
We have created a Twitter hashtag for this event: #lungj2j. We hope that those of you who use Twitter will start using it now and throughout the conference to share your thoughts!
