In the slides below, Laurie Garrett analyzes the effect of record spending cuts in the 2011 U.S. federal budget on foreign assistance, food programs, and global health funding. Garrett is head of the Global Health program at the Council on Foreign Relations, a Pulitzer prize winning journalist and former NPF speaker.
