Jack Kaskey covers the chemical industry for Bloomberg News from Houston. Since 2004, he’s chronicled the near collapse and resurgence of U.S. chemical manufacturing and broken dozens of stories about the failings and benefits of genetically modified crops, including half a dozen features for Bloomberg Businessweek. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2003, he was a reporter at The Press of Atlantic City and oversaw New Jersey coverage as an editor at The Express-Times in Easton, Pennsylvania. Jack has a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s in business from Lafayette College.
