Daniel Tucker is the associate producer for business news at WNYC, New York Public Radio. He graduated from Vassar College in 2004 with a bachelor’s in English and from the urban reporting program at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism in 2010. Daniel produces two weekly radio segments for WNYC. Money Talking is an in-depth conversation about the latest business and economics news, and New Tech City is a look at how technology and innovation are shaping the lives of New Yorkers. In addition to producing these segments, he’s reported on everything from remittances to Syria to New York City’s cutthroat rental market to QR codes to Fresh Direct’s expansion into the Bronx for WNYC. He lives with his wife and nine plants in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn.
